Children don't have a problem understanding that simple statement repeated above, and again in the paragraph after this one. They 'get it' - they know that love is sharing. It is adults that have the problem, and those adults which struggle the most are those who have been exposed to bible/christian religion and who have lawyer tendencies. Their heads have been filled with false stuff about 'christ' and the bible, which false stuff totally obscures this simplicity...

The worlds religious people simply refuse to actually have Joshua only as their sole 'voice' of understanding God and what God wants of human beings. Instead, they listen to many other voices which claim some version of, 'well, you need me to properly understand God'.
